Do you haul away any type of junk?
For the most part, yes. However, we do not handle hazardous or toxic materials.
Can I use your service for a 1-time gig?
Absolutely. You can view our 1-Time service pricing table to understand your options or you can contact us if you have something more specific that requires more information.
Why do you charge an additional disposal fee?
If you have your items ready for pickup with easy access and loading, then we can give you a more exact quote for the service. If you require more than just a junk pickup and disposal (such as yard cleanup, hauling to the truck, and additional working tools, machines and/or equipment is necessary (such as materials needing to be cut in order to load) then we can give you a more accurate estimate for your project when you contact us. Each request demands a different volume of junk, waste materials, or debris and determines our disposal fees due at the time of disposal facility entry.
What do you mean by Power Wash or Soft Wash?
Glad you asked. Power Washing is a higher water pressure and higher water volume to be used. Often, Power Washing is a little too much for some sensitive surfaces and/or materials; such as house siding, new concrete, roof shingles, decks, metal materials, walls, etc. When cleaning more sensitive surfaces/materials; we use a Soft Wash method that combines effectiveness with lower water pressure and the use of eco-friendly chem solutions. What is Air Pressure Cleanup?
Air Pressure Cleanup is another way of stating that we will be using air blowers to clean your surfaces, rather than water or any other specific cleaning methods.
Do I need to sign up for an ongoing service plan?
If you feel that your property demands more than just a simple cleanup or just a 1-time visit, it is best for you to choose a recurring option listed above because the price will be significantly lower and you will receive services on a regular basis to combat your issues.
